Project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Pricing may be adjusted based on material costs, site conditions, or changes to project scope.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with additional payments at project milestones and final payment upon completion.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor as outlined in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and will be passed through to you.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
Liability
SMD Sunrise Manor Deck Builder carries appropriate insurance for all work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from customer-supplied materials or instructions.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or modify your project with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed, materials ordered, and scheduling impacts.
Changes to project scope during construction may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing.
Property Access
By hiring our services, you grant us access to your property during normal business hours to complete the work. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring our crew has safe access to the work area.
Permits and Approvals
We will obtain necessary permits for your project where required. You are responsible for any HOA approvals or special permissions needed. Additional fees may apply for permit processing.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with Nevada state law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
